<p>PURPOSE: A cutting tool is provided to ensure improved wear and impact resistances because of multi-layered coating, thereby being applied to processes requiring high wear or impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool comprises a base material and multi-layered coating. The multi-layered coating includes A, C, and B layers which are repetitively laminated from the base material to the outer side. The A layer includes an 'a1' layer having a thickness of 4~30nm and including Ti46~49Al51~54N and an 'a2' layer having a thickness of 2~25nm and including Ti34~38Al62~66N. The B layer has a thickness of 0.1~0.5μm and includes Ti34~38Al62~66N. The C layer has a thickness of 55~95nm and includes Ti46~49Al51~54N.</p> |
