PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve finishing quality by a simple constitution with regard to a bookbinding method of albums. SOLUTION: In a taping process A2, two sheets of developed photographic paper are placed side by side, with their end sides fastened to each other with a tape with a prescribed space apart to form fold sections making a centerfold. In the succeeding binding process A3, paper-made inserts and the fold sections formed in the taping process are bonded in an alternately superimposed manner to make a booklet-shaped gathering. Further, in a pressing process A4, the gathering made in the binding process is compressed in the thickness direction and, in the following cutting process A5, the outer periphery of the gathering compressed in the pressing process is cut and shaped to a prescribed product dimension.
