METHOD FOR ON-OFF LINE LOAN SERVICE AND FINANCIAL SERVER FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: An on/off line loan service method and financial server therefor are provided to enable banking facilities to loan money to client without providing loan manual to the client when changing loan condition by writing loan contract thorough certificate of the client. CONSTITUTION: A loan qualification unit(320) determines possible loan of client based on finance information and credit information of the client from a staff terminal. A storage unit(330) registers client as loan applicant when completion of employment confirmation is registered and the loan is possible to lend to the client. A customer authentication unit(350) determines whether the authentication of certificate is effective.
