PURPOSE: An imbedded printed circuit board, maximizing freedom degree of design, and manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the generality of electronic components by directly connecting built-in elements and printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device chip(150) comprises a chip connection terminal in outside. Circuit patterns(130) comprise a communications area directly connected to the end part of the chip connection terminal of the electronic device chip. The communications area is composed of the first circuit pattern and internal layer circuit pattern. A second circuit pattern is electrically connected to the first circuit pattern.
