PURPOSE: A system for controlling the dimming of a lamp using an IP based composite sensor is provided to increase the lifetime of a lamp and reduce power consumption by controlling the illumination of the lamp according to each section. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED lamp modules(10) is installed in a target area. An IP based composite sensor(20) wirelessly transmits illumination and object sensing signals obtained by sensing the movement of an object and the illumination of an area with the sensor. An access point(30) is combined with the IP based composite sensor. A relay controller generates a dimming control signal based on the illumination and object sensing signals. A management server remotely controls the illumination of the target area through the relay controller.
