PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive material high in a surface resistivity, high in uniformity of the surface resistivity at a place in the material, and low in visibility of a mesh thin wire. SOLUTION: On a light transmissive support, the transparent conductive material has a pattern constituted by a mesh pattern composed of a metal thin wire to contribute to the surface resistivity, and the thin wire which is larger in electric resistance than the metal thin wire, and accordingly does not substantially contribute to the surface resistivity.
