PURPOSE: A downlink MTC(Machine Type Communication) data communication method in a mobile communication system is provided to efficiently transmit MTC data to a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: An MME(Mobility Management Entity)(30) confirms whether MTC data is included in downlink data. The MME determines the terminal of a specific terminal transmitting MTC data or a specific group(S5-4). The MME encapsulates MTC data to a paging message. The MME transmits the paging message to each base station(S5-5).
