PURPOSE: An HF radiosurgical electrode and a guide of the HF radiosurgical electrode are provided to coagulate a wider area of tissue by adding only a guide without changing the constitution or arrangement of an existing electrode. CONSTITUTION: A body(110) has a predetermined volume. A plurality of through holes(120) passes through the body. The through hole guides an electrode. The gap between the through holes becomes wider from one side(A) to the other side(B) of the body. The gap of the wide part between the through holes is approximately 5mm.
