PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin part having a clip nut installing part capable of preventing dislocation of a clip nut when carrying the rein part and rotation of the clip nut when fastening a bolt. SOLUTION: A rib 25 formed along the extrusion direction in extrusion molding is arranged on one surface or both surfaces of a plate-like part 21 of the resin part 10 so as to cross with the clip nut installing part 31, and a bolt insertion hole 35 is formed in the plate-like part 21 between opposed cutting surfaces 25a and 25a of the rib 25 by cutting and removing the rib 25 in the clip nut installing part 31, and the clip nut 61 installed in the clip nut installing part 31 is sandwiched by the opposed cutting surfaces 25a and 25a of the rib.
