PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data communication equipment by which data communication is started after appropriate standby time has elapsed even if an input operation of communication start is performed by a general user. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone terminal 1000 which is the data communication equipment, a communication destination input part 110 accepts the input operation of a telephone number which is communication destination information of wireless call which is the data communication. A start input part 120 accepts the input operation of the communication start by the telephone number whose input operation is performed. A communication execution part 130 executes the wireless call with a cellular phone terminal 2000 which is the other wireless communication equipment corresponding to the telephone number corresponding to the input operation of the communication start. However, a time measurement part 140 measures predetermined standby time when the input operation of the communication start is performed.
