PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve fixation of a holder member without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus has a clip 54 for fixing a sensor holder 52 to a printed wiring board 50 by clamping the sensor holder 52 and the printed wiring board 50. The clip 54 clamps both sides of the printed wiring board 50 on an end of the printed wiring board 50, and urges the sensor holder 52 toward the printed wiring board 50 at the tip of the clip 54 on a surface of the sensor holder 52 of the printed wiring board 50. The tip position of the clip 54 on the surface opposite to the sensor holder 52 side of the printed wiring board 50 is a position closer to the end of the printed wiring board 50 than the tip position of the clip 54 on the surface of the sensor holder 52 side of the printed wiring board 50.
