PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting which can fasten a nut by using an electric power tool without co-rotating a screw rod and which prevents the disengagement of a fastened member. SOLUTION: A metal fitting 1 consists of a screw rod 2, a lock head 3, a nut 4 screwed to the screw rod 2, and a press member 5. The lock head 3 is pivoted on one end side of the screw rod 2 by a pivot pin 6 penetrated in a direction orthogonal to an axial line thereof so as to be freely rotatable between an insertion position and lock position. The nut 4 is screwed to the other end side of the screw rod 2. The press member 5 is arranged between the nut 4 and fastened member 37. The screw rod 2 contains a notched plane 2a extending over the almost entire length and enlarged part 2b for coming-off prevention at the other end in the outer periphery thereof. The press member 5 contains an insertion hole 5a having a shape forcing the screw rod 2 to be relatively unrotatably inserted therein and an engaging part 5b engaged to the fastened member 37 to hold the screw rod 2 so that it does not co-rotate during fastening work of the nut 4.
