PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine configured to facilitate management of a spare member used for engagement of a control box. SOLUTION: In the game machine, retaining portions 41 are formed at box portions 12 for receiving the insertion of engagement portions 23, and the retaining portions 41 is switched between a first state for engagement with the engagement portion 23, and a second state for non-engagement with the engagement portion 23. Such a configuration allows selective setting of the box portion 12 to be engaged from among the plurality of box portions 12. Further, such a configuration eliminates the need for removing the retaining portion 41 not to be engaged from the box portion 12, so that a space for holding the retaining portion 41 removed from the box portion is eliminated from a control box, and management for loss prevention of the removed retaining portion 41 is not required.
