PURPOSE: A rack bar supporting device of a steering device is provided to offer the operator a comfort steering by preventing the noise in which the support yoke strikes yoke plug and which is generated due to the impact which is reversely inputted from the irregular road through the increasing gap. CONSTITUTION: A rack bar supporting device of a steering device comprises a support yoke(310), and a yoke plug(320). The support yoke is inserted into the gear box and supports the rack bar to the front. The yoke plug supports the support yoke to the rack bar. The support yoke comprises a shaft supporter(309), a roller shaft(307), a roller(301), and a ball bearing(303). The shaft supporter is inserted into the cylinder of the gear box. The roller shaft is inserted and coupled in the inner side of the shaft supporter. The roller supports the rack bar to the front while revolving around the roller shaft. The ball bearing supports the load delivered to the radial direction from the central axis of the rack bar.
