<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method, for previewing a font on a web page at a client level without altering the constituent structure elements for the web page. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a browser for browsing the web page and for previewing the fonts on the web page. The system receives the web page through the browser as well as the system stores display contents for the web pages in a memory and also visualizes them on the browser. The system receives selection of at least one element of the display contents for the web page, and also receives an input identifying at least one of font attributes containing at least one of either a font type or a font size.
