PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, capable of preventing the occurrence of abnormal noise and filming without impairing the photoreceptor performance. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a photosensitive layer contains two kinds of charge transport materials expressed by general formula (1) and general formula (2) and a polycarbonate resin having a specified structural unit.
