PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for connecting a lead-out part of a winding of a coil in a shape with a coil end bent in the radial direction of a stator to another coil or a terminal. SOLUTION: As three-phase molded coils incorporated so as to become distributed winding and concentric winding, a method uses a molded coil formed by bending a coil end, which has a shape that a coil end 31 is bent in the radial direction of a stator 10, and a molded coil formed without bending a coil end, which has a shape that a coil end 41 is not bent in the radial direction of the stator 10. The molded coil formed by bending a coil end is formed by executing bending molding of the coil end 31 after winding a winding byαwinding. Each molded coil is assembled to a stator core 11 by sequentially inserting it into each slot 14 so as to prevent the coil ends 31, 41 from interfering with each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
