摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of introducing further more light into a light receiving region. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes: a photoelectric conversion part 10 including a plurality of two-dimensionally-arranged light receiving regions 11-13, subjecting incident light into the light receiving regions 11-13 to photoelectric conversion to output an electric signal according to intensity of the incident light; a lens 20 being a lens 20 comprising a plurality of condenser lenses 21 arranged in an upper layer of the photoelectric conversion part 10, wherein the respective condenser lenses 21 are arranged corresponding to respective groups of the continuous first (11) to third (13) light receiving regions 11-13; and this spectroscopic element being a spectroscopic element 30 arranged between the photoelectric conversion part 10 and the lens 20, wherein the spectroscopic element 30 is formed of a medium having a periodically-changing reflectance, diffracts light in a first wavelength band and a third wavelength band having passed through the condenser lens 21 to be entered into the first light receiving region 11 and the third light receiving region 13, and transmits light in a second wavelength band having passed through the condenser lens 21 without deflecting it to be entered in the second light receiving region 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
