A method, device and system for transmitting E1 bidirectional looped network data are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The E1 node includes: an Ethernet transmission unit which connects the local Ethernet equipment via the Ethernet branch ports; a Central Processing Unit (CPU); and an E1 driving unit including a first direction link port and a second direction link port. When the CPU determines the transmission link failure between the present E1 node and the neighbor E1 node based on the intercommunication state of the link state detection signaling with the neighbor E1 node, the CPU transmits the link failure information to a host node via the link port which is one of the first direction link port and the second direction link port, except the link ports which are associated with the failure transmission link and unavailable currently. Then the host node switches its own working mode of the first direction link port sending data and the second direction link port receiving data into the working mode of receiving/sending data. The embodiments of the present invention can improve viability of the E1 bidirectional looped network effectively.
