PURPOSE: The sliding contact steadily supports the oscillation of piston in the cylinder inner surface. The secession of the connection pin is prevented effectively to the simple assembling process and the problem of the malfunction can be solved. CONSTITUTION: A rotary actuator in which durability is improved comprises a cylinder main body, an output shaft, a piston(30), a piston arm(40), a connection pin(50), and a connecting yoke. The cylinder main body is cylindrical with cap included in both ends. The output shaft is supported in cylinder in order to meet at right angle in the axis center central part of the cylinder main body. It is close to the inner surface of the cylinder main body to be symmetrized around the output shaft and piston is carried. In the piston arm is the inner side of piston, it is expended as the direction facing and it is formed. The connection pin is included in the end of the piston arm. The connecting yoke is fixed to the center of the output shaft. And the yoke slot of the pair is included as long as the connection pin is inserted. The piston arm is parallelly formed at the axis center of the cylinder main body in the location made eccentric in the axis center in the piston inner side. In the piston arm, it divides into a several arm(40a) of two and it is included. |
