PURPOSE: A resin sheet is provided to suppress the generation of adhesive ununiformity when a light diffusion plate is used together with an optical film. CONSTITUTION: A resin sheet comprises a resin layer and an antistatic agent layer including the antistatic agent of 0.02-1 mg/m^2 formed on the resin layer. The surface resistance value of the antistatic agent layer is 1×10^9 - 1×10^14 Ω/□. A surface light source device(2) includes: a light box(7) of a resin material in which the front is opened; and a light source(8) which is arranged in the interval within the light box; and a light diffusion plate(10) facing the light source.
