PURPOSE: A ground radiator using a capacitor is provided to implement a simple configuring element and to simplify a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A ground region(20) is formed in a substrate of a device. A capacitor(23) is directly connected to the ground region. The capacitor is formed in a clearance region. The capacitor is an integrated circuit device. The integrated circuit device is a chip capacitor.
