PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin of a skin-integrated foam molding capable of enhancing quality by restraining a seam line from meandering and a wrinkle from being generated therein. SOLUTION: A plurality of skin pieces 2-5 is sewn together to be sewn up into the bag-like skin 1, and a foaming raw material is injected into an inside C of the bag-like skin, followed to be integrally foam-molded, in the skin 1 of the skin-integrated foam molding A, the skin piece 2 includes an outer skin sheet piece 21, and a slab sheet piece 22 arranged on a reverse face thereof, and an outer edge 22a of the slab sheet piece 22 related to the skin pieces 2 of a sewn portion 6 sewn to the bag-like skin 1 is arranged to be recessed inwards from an outer edge 21a of the outer skin sheet piece 21 and a seam line 71 of the sewn portion 6.
