PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle radio communication system, which is mounted in a vehicle, capable of reducing radio property deterioration caused by mutual communication interference between antennas of close operation frequency bands disposed proximately. SOLUTION: A present vehicle performs vehicle-to-vehicle communication or road-to-vehicle communication for implementing an infrastructure cooperation safety system function in a first antenna. Furthermore, radio communication is performed with a base station for implementing an in-vehicle telephone function in a second antenna, wherein since the first antenna and the second antenna concurrently operate independently, radio property deterioration caused by mutual communication interference may occur. Therefore, in the present invention, the second antenna is disposed in a radiation direction where a gain is reduced by a predetermined value with respect to a maximum gain of directivity in an operation frequency band of the first antenna, thereby reducing the radio property deterioration caused by mutual communication interference between the antennas.
