PURPOSE: A waste exercising device is provided to select the pressure of acupressure treatment by controlling the weight of the inertia ball. CONSTITUTION: A waist exercising device includes a band(10), a moving unit, an inertia ball(30), a connection member(40), and a band combination member. The band includes a rail. The rail includes a flow groove(101) and a flow tube. The circumference of the band is controlled to correspond to a body type. At least one first finger-pressure ball(110) is protruded from the inner side of a unit band(11,12). The moving unit is inserted into the rail of the band and rotates along the outer surface of the band. The inertia ball has a controllable weight to apply centrifugal force according to the rotation of the moving unit. The connection member is connected to the moving unit and the inertia ball and includes a wire to connect the moving unit to the inertia ball. The band combination member combines a unit band with an adjacent band.
