<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply management system of a consumable article for determining the presence/absence of a consumable article which is subject to the term of validity from among consumable articles stored by a user, and for issuing a warning to the user without connecting the user to a maker by online via a network. <P>SOLUTION: The supply management system includes: a data storage means 11 for storing consumable article data A including a lot number A1 and a term of validity A2 and ordering data B including a number of ordering B1 from a user; a determination means 12 for determining whether the number of surplus inventory obtained by subtracting the number of consumable articles within the term of validity ordered within a prescribed period from the number of assumed inventory obtained by converting the mean number of ordering calculated from the number of ordering B1 from the user within the prescribed period into the cumulative number of the period of the term of validity of the consumable articles exceeds a preliminarily set prescribed number based on each data stored in the data storage means 11; and a warning transmission means 13 for, when it is determined that the number of surplus inventory exceeds the number of ideal inventory by the determination means 12, issuing a warning of the term of validity to the user by designating the lot number A1 which is subject to the term of validity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
