PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a program writing method, which are free from a significant speed reduction during execution even if a debugging process is left included. SOLUTION: When a CPU 2 executes a program 9 including a debugging process instruction as an instruction about a debugging process which is stored in an HDD 6, a loading control part 4 loads the program 9 to a RAM 5 while rewriting the debugging process instruction with a NOP instruction. The program, when loaded completely, does not include the debugging process instruction, so that a PC 1 is free from a significant speed reduction during execution even if the program includes any debugging process instructions.
