PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of an ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panel, which has a strength required for a low load adaptable wall such as a partition wall and an outer wall of a low story part at low cost and prevents a mounting fitting from being exposed to the outside, and also to provide a method of installing an ALC panel. SOLUTION: An anchor member 14 is inserted into a short-side butt end surface hole 22 drilled at the center of a short-side butt end surface 12a, a bar-like member 16 is inserted into a long-side butt end surface hole 24 drilled on a long-side butt end surface 12b, the bar-like member 16 is inserted into the through-hole 30 of the support part 14b of the anchor member 14 inside the ALC panel 12, and a screw member 18 is threaded with the thread part 14a of the anchor member 14 through a gap formation member 20 to attach the gap formation member 20 to the center of the short-side butt end surface 12a.
