<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to control the high voltage of three-phase voltage and the surge voltage of three-stage driving voltage and to easily drive multiple fans. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a matrix converter(120), a clamp circuit(130), an inverter(210), and a filter circuit(110). The matrix converter converts inputted three-phase voltage into three-stage driving voltage with arbitrary voltage and frequency and supplies the three-stage driving voltage to a compressor motor. The clamp circuit generates DC voltage by receiving the three-stage driving voltage or the three-phase voltage. The inverter converts the DC voltage into AC voltage and supplies the AC voltage to a fan motor. The filter circuit outputs the three-phase voltage by filtering noise from three-phase AC voltage.</p> |
