PURPOSE: A coffee bean roaster is provided to reduce the loss of energy by re-circulating hot air for roasting coffee beans, and to easily roast the coffee beans. CONSTITUTION: A coffee bean roaster comprises a roasting member(18) including an inlet(12) for inserting coffee beans, an upper cover(16), a cylindrical body(20), an inclined supporter(22), and a roasting pipe. A coffee bean hull collecting box(26) is connected to one side of a coffee bean hull discharge pipe(14) combined with the upper side of the roasting member. The hot air discharging pipe has one side connected to the lower side of the roasting member, and the other side connected to a base(52). A coffee bean outlet(34) is connected to the lower side of the roasting member. |
