PURPOSE: A MAC(Medium Access Control) PDU(Protocol Data Unit) receiving method and apparatus thereof having a division packing extended header are provided to efficiently transceive MAC PDU for data having long packet. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(923) transmits and receives an external signal and a radio signal. A controller(921) controls reception and decode of a MAC PDU. The controller receives a message the MAC PDU including a header part and payload from a base station. The controller decodes the header part.
