PURPOSE: An organ type electric accelerator pedal device is provided to improve the performance of sensor by having a stable structure in the fixed position regardless of the rotation of the foot plate. CONSTITUTION: An organ type electric accelerator pedal device comprises a fixed arm(53), a foot plate(55), a sensor lever(65), and a sensor. The fixed arm is fixed in the floor panel of the driver's seat lower part through the floor bracket(51). The foot plate is rotatably coupled with one end of the fixed arm through a pivot pin(56). The one end of sensor lever is rotatably coupled with the foot plate. The sensor is fixed in one side of the fixed arm and the other end of the sensor lever is coupled. The sensor detects the change of the output according to the rotation of the sensor lever. The sensor generates an electric signal by the throttle control unit.
