<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry, crush, preserve and use vegetables having physiological functions by drinking singly or as a bath agent by solving the problem that not a small part of vegetables discarded at the intermediate treating facilities of fresh vegetables at a firm field with edible parts treated as waste materials by using a large sum of expenditures and labor, has the physiological functions. <P>SOLUTION: A part of the discarded vegetables having the physiological functions are dried by selecting a suitable drying method including natural drying such as dehumidifying ventilation drying, freeze-drying, etc., and are utilized as a foodstuff or the bath agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
