<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency transmission line which has suspended line structure capable of stably holding characteristic impedance of a suspended line part and facilitating characteristic impedance control. <P>SOLUTION: On a first dielectric substrate 2, a signal conductor pattern 21, and belt-like surface ground conductor patterns 22a, 22b are formed on the surface, and a cavity 5 is formed by eliminating an interval to the rear surface leaving the surface side layer right under a partial area of the signal conductor pattern 21. Right above the partial area of the signal conductor pattern 21, the belt-like surface ground conductor patterns 22a, 22b of the first dielectric substrate 2 and a rear surface ground conductor pattern 26 of a second dielectric substrate 4 are connected by a bump conductor 3. The belt-like surface ground conductor patterns 22a, 22b and an inner layer ground conductor pattern 23 are connected to the rear surface ground conductor pattern 24 by a through-hole 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
