PURPOSE: A control device is provided to release a contact point maintaining state by minimum power while a mechanical contact point is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A fixing key is operated by a movable element. A selection key maintains/releases a contact point when the contact point is maintained. A mechanical structure maintains/release the contact point. A releasing key is driven by an electromagnet and releases a hooking state of a hook.
