PURPOSE: A guard boundary rail is provided to restrict the growth of plant while maintaining natural landscape by covering soil over the installation position. CONSTITUTION: A guard boundary rail comprises main posts(120) which are installed at regular intervals on the roadside, guard plates(110) which are coupled to the upper side of the main posts, safety plates(130) which are coupled to the lower side of the guard plates, blocking panels(140) which are coupled to the bottom of the safety plates and successively connected on the surface of the roadside, and connection plates(150) which connect the safety plates and the blocking plates.
