SUPPORT MECHANISMS AND TIGHTENING STRUCTURES FOR VIBRATION ACTUATOR

PURPOSE: A support machine of a vibration actuator and a coupling structure thereof are provided to bend a thin plate shaped arm part of the support machine when the vibration actuator vibrates, thereby reducing vibration influences to the vibration actuator when the support machine is fixed to a mounting target member. CONSTITUTION: A vibrator(1013) is located between a base block(1011) and a stator(1012). A recess part(1015) is formed on the side opposite to the side contacting the vibrator. A spherical rotor(1016) is included in the recess part. A support member(1017) is arranged on the stator. The support member includes a ring shaped part(1018) which is fixed onto the stator.
