PREPARATION METHOD OF IN VITRO TRANSGENIC EMBRYO USING MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLE VECTOR SYSTEM COMBINED TO SPERM-MEDIATED GENE TRANSFER METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing in vitro transformed embryos using a nano magnetic sperm system is provided to enhance efficiency of SMGT(sperm-mediated gene transfer) method. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing in vitro transformed embryos using a nano magnetic sperm system comprises a step of culturing sperms in a conjugate solution containing a conjugate prepared by mixing a foreign gene and nano magnet; a step of maintaining a magnetic field; and a step of applying magnetofection to SMGT method. The nano magnet is ferric oxide(Fe_2O_3, Fe_3O_4), FePt alloy, covalt(Co) or gadolinium(Gd) nanoparticles.
