The system has two beds (2) assembled on a fixed or mobile central carrying structure (1) in an articulated manner, where the two beds and the carrying structure are connected by a pivot type connection (3). Each bed is composed of a mattress assembled on a rigid structure (5) that is connected to the carrying structure by a pivot type articulation so as to incline the two beds from zero to 90 degree. The carrying structure is made of rigid material e.g. metal, wood or rigid plastic.
