METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FUEL CELL SEPARATOR, AND FUEL CELL EQUIPPED WITH THE FUEL CELL SEPARATOR MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator inhibiting desorption of metal ions from the fuel cell separator and inhibiting reduction in proton conductivity of electrolyte and decomposition of the electrolyte due to the desorption of metal ions.

SOLUTION: In a step of molding a composition for molding into the fuel cell separator A after preparing the composition for molding by blending a raw component including graphite particles and resin component, a metal component is removed from the composition for molding using a magnet before molding the composition for molding. By removing the metal component from the composition for molding, a content of the metal component in the fuel cell separator A can be reduced.
