<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonaqueous electrolyte and a nonaqueous electrolyte battery capable of obtaining an effect of restraining degradation of battery characteristics under a high-temperature environment due to an antioxidant even with a small content of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A separator 23 has electrolyte solution impregnated. The electrolyte solution contains a solvent, electrolyte salt, and the antioxidant, and the solvent contains halogenated carbonate ester, with a content of 0.1% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less, and with a content of the antioxidant of 0.01 ppm or more and 5,000 ppm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
