PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture which can keep fixing rigidity in installation without causing a trouble even if a boss hole formed at a molding member which is designed to be thin in thickness and light in weight is made to serve as a penetration hole, and to provide the molding member. SOLUTION: This fixture 1 comprises a plug body 3 having an end face (a) at the tip of a short columnar body 2, a first small-diameter part 4, a large-diameter part 5 which protrudes on the outside peripheral surface of the body, and has a knurl (concave/convex strip), a second small-diameter part 6, and a bottom (flange) 7 having and end face (b). Furthermore, a female screw 8 which penetrates the end face (b) from the end face (a) is arranged at the body 2. In a boss formed at the molding member, there are formed a hole embedded with the bottom 7 of the fixture 1 and a penetration hole in which the fixture 1 is heated and pressurized to be inserted.
