PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology in which a packing is mounted on an electronic equipment side to which a battery lid is fitted and the packing is not shifted from a regular position due to bending or the like at the time of mounting. SOLUTION: This is a sealing device of a battery housing part in which the spacing between the main body side of the electronic equipment and the battery lid is sealed by a packing of circle shape. The packing has an elasticity and a circular seal part and a plurality of mounting leg parts extending downward from the circular seal part are formed. At the peripheral part of the battery housing part, a circular arrangement part in which the seal part is arranged and an insertion groove of the mounting leg part communicating from the battery housing part to the arrangement part are formed; the mounting leg part has a non-circular shape and the groove width of the insertion groove has a dimension to be insertion engaged with the non-circular shape part of the mounting leg part.
