<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a moving picture decoder for decoding a plurality of moving pictures; a moving picture decoding method to be used for the decoder; and a decoding program. <P>SOLUTION: When the multiple moving pictures are displayed, the delay amounts of decoding processing are calculated by each kind of picture constituting the moving picture, thereby determining the delay. Thus, the delay concerning the decoding is correctly detected by flexible correspondence to the delay amounts caused by a difference in time for the decoding processing related to each picture and a change in interval from the end time of the decoding processing of each picture to the display time. Consequently, the decoding processing of the multiple moving pictures is performed on time by partially eliminating the decoding processing in response to the degree of the delay. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
