<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator part assembling structure of a fluid control valve capable of reducing cost, while maintaining the assemblability in an excellent state, in the fluid control valve for closing an opening part of a cylinder by a cover, and the fluid control valve formed by the actuator part assembling structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this actuator part assembling structure of a chemical liquid valve, a projecting part 22 extending in a radial direction is formed in the cover 20, and a locking part 15 locking with the projecting part 22 is formed in the cylinder 10. After a spring 41 is compressed and the opening part 11 of the cylinder 10 is covered with a lid part 25 of the cover 20, the projecting part 22 is locked with the locking part 15.
