PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for covering an article, with which a pattern on a surface of a standing article is continuously moved in accordance with motion of a head of a human body, and which can be utilized for a decoration of a partition wall receiving light transmitted through window glass etc., and to produce the film at low cost. SOLUTION: A transparent upper layer having a pattern formed by drawing countless parallel lines and a lower layer having a pattern formed by drawing countless parallel lines are placed in parallel and opposite to each other. In this case, although the upper side lines and the lower side lines are almost parallel to each other, they are positioned so as to be slightly twisted from each other.
