PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for the enhanced production of bacterial toxins in large-scale cultivation. SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a composition for reducing bacterial toxin expression inhibitors. More specifically, the method and the composition include addition of toxin expression inhibitor binding compounds, culture media having reduced concentration of toxin inhibitor metabolic precursors and genetically modified toxin producing bacteria lacking enzymes required to metabolize the toxin inhibitor metabolic precursors.
