PURPOSE: An advanced wastewater treatment system including a plasma discharge tub is provided to use a cell by-product of sludge as an external carbon source. CONSTITUTION: An advanced wastewater treatment system includes an aeration tank(30) with an anaerobic tank(10), an anoxic tank(20), and separation film(90). The separation film is a submerged type film combined with a membrane bioreactor. Sludge, wastewater, or sewage passes through each tank consecutively, to be discharged as purified water from the system.
