PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered polymer particle which can satisfy, when contained in a film, both of the excellent resistance to stress-whitening and the elongation in tension (the tensile strength), a methacrylic resin composition containing the same, and a film comprising this methacrylic resin composition. SOLUTION: This multilayered polymer particle includes the following elastic polymer layer (A) and rigid polymer layer (B) in this order to the direction from the center of this particle to the outer surface. Elastic polymer layer (A) is a polymer layer formed by polymerizing 50-99.9 pts.wt. (hereinafter abbreviated as pts.) of an alkyl acrylate, 0-49.9 pts. of a given monofunctional monomer, and 0.1-10 pts. of a given multifunctional monomer, and polymerizing while the pts.wt. of the multifunctional monomer is continuously increased from the inside. Rigid polymer layer (B) is a polymer layer formed by allowing to polymerize 50-100 pts. of an alkyl methacrylate, 0-50 pts. of a given monofunctional monomer, and 0-3 pts. of a given multifunctional monomer.
