PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film cutting device which has a cutter mechanism and a warming mechanism at a position facing a film while holding the film and can cut various types of the films at a low dust production manner. SOLUTION: In the film cutting device for cutting the film in a width direction orthogonal to a conveying direction, the film cutting device has the warming mechanism for warming the film by a heater built-in warming block from one side while holding the film, and the cutting mechanism for cutting the film by moving a rotary blade from the other side facing the warming mechanism.
